Shipment status updates automatically at each stage: pickup, warehouse entry, transport departure, border crossing, and delivery.
Yes! We track our shipments along the entire route – both to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Updates appear in stages. No status change does not necessarily mean a delay. If the status hasn't changed for more than 5 business days, contact us.
The courier will make another delivery attempt on the next business day. You can also contact us to arrange a different date or delivery address.
The shipment receives 'Delivered' status after being handed to the recipient and delivery confirmation (signature or photo).
Make sure you enter the full tracking number (e.g. SPK123456789). You can find the number in the order confirmation or on the parcel label.
Yes, but only until the transport departs from Poland (Friday 8:00 PM). After this time, address changes are not possible.
Usually 4–6 business days from shipping. Transport departs Poland every Friday evening and arrives in Ireland on Monday/Tuesday.
