Formalities and Security
We do not charge any hidden costs. Our services are provided comprehensively – the price shown in the calculator includes full logistics handling and no customs charges upon collection.
Yes, every shipment with SpeedPack is covered by basic insurance included in the service price. For shipping high-value goods, we recommend declaring an additional insurance amount in the order form.
Time and Schedule
We accept orders until every Wednesday by 8:00 PM. Orders placed after this deadline are automatically moved to the next transport cycle.
We carry out collections from addresses on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The exact day and time are confirmed by phone by the driver on the day of collection.
Packing and Limits
There is no need. Our couriers have ready-made waybills or apply the appropriate labels at the transhipment point.
Excluded from transport are stimulants (alcohol, cigarettes), ADR hazardous materials and items requiring temperature control. Attempting to send prohibited goods results in the parcel being seized without a refund of transport costs.
