What is an oversized parcel?
An oversized parcel is a shipment whose girth exceeds 300 cm. Girth is calculated as: 2×(width + height) + length.
Standard Parcel
Girth ≤ 300 cm, weight up to 50 kg
2×(w+h) + l ≤ 300 cm
Oversized Parcel
Girth > 300 cm — individual quote
2×(w+h) + l > 300 cm
How do we price oversized parcels?
The price depends on the billing weight — the greater of two: actual weight or volumetric weight.
Actual weight
How much the parcel weighs on the scale. Operational limit: up to 50 kg.
Volumetric weight
Calculated using the formula:
(l × w × h) ÷ 6000
Billing weight = the greater of: actual weight and volumetric weight. The price is calculated based on this.

We collect oversized parcels door-to-door in Poland and Ireland.

Oversized parcels in Poland are collected by our drivers or trusted subcontractors.

How to pack an oversized parcel?
Proper packing is key to safe transport. Responsibility for packing lies with the sender.

- • Fill empty spaces (bubble wrap, paper, polystyrene)
- • Protect sharp edges and corners
- • Seal tightly — packing tape min. 50 mm
- • Contents must not shift inside the packaging

We also transport items of non-standard length: boards, strips, pipes, skis, fishing rods and other long items.
