SpeedPack for business
Business transport between Poland and Ireland
We do not only work for private customers. We carry goods for shops, wholesalers, manufacturers and service companies: from a single parcel to pallets, every week, in both directions. Sending goods from Poland, or buying in Poland for your business in Ireland? You can order everything in one place.
Businesses on the Poland–Ireland route
Too much for a standard courier, too little for a whole lorry
Many businesses send goods between Poland and Ireland regularly, but not in quantities that justify booking a whole vehicle. A standard courier often will not take a heavy pallet or furniture, and a single pallet does not always justify finding a freight forwarder and waiting for a quote.
We have been running this route for over 14 years, on a fixed schedule. That means you can send exactly what you have this week: a few parcels, one pallet or a larger load, and you know when the goods will leave.

More about receiving goods: our warehouse in Września.
What it costs and how long goods can wait
Receiving deliveries and confirmations are free of charge. Transport is charged according to the price list, and you get one VAT invoice for the whole shipment. You pay for the goods themselves directly to your suppliers.
Goods wait in the warehouse until the departure confirmed once the shipment is complete. Longer storage is agreed individually when the order is confirmed, as it depends on the number of deliveries and the departure schedule.
If a delivery arrives damaged, we note this in the confirmation of receipt and send you photos. You and your supplier decide whether the goods travel on.
Schedule
A fixed rhythm you can plan around
The same schedule runs in both directions, so you can base deliveries to your customers on it and tell them when to expect the goods.
Tuesday–Thursday
Collection of goods from your business address, within an agreed part of the day. We do not commit to a specific time.
Friday, 20:00
The Poland ↔ Ireland service departs. Goods collected that week travel according to the confirmed date.
Monday–Thursday
Deliveries the following week. The estimated time is 3–6 working days from the day the shipment is accepted for processing.
Dates may change around public holidays. You will find the current plan on the Departure dates page.
Collection and delivery
What to settle before you ship
Most transport problems can be avoided if you know before ordering how the goods will be loaded and unloaded.
What delivery includes
What delivery includes depends on the type of shipment. It is worth telling the recipient, especially when the goods are large or heavy.
- parcels up to 30 kg and oversized parcels up to 40 kg: to the door of the premises
- heavier shipments, pallets and furniture: to the first door of the building, unloaded at the vehicle
- no carrying into the premises, no carrying up stairs and no assembly
Tail lift and unloading
A vehicle with a hydraulic tail lift is available when confirmed in advance. Mark this in your order if there is no loading dock or forklift on site, or if the pallet weighs over 300 kg.
- the tail lift handles pallets up to 700 kg
- height up to 210 cm, width up to 220 cm
- larger and heavier pallets by individual agreement
- the sender or recipient provides forklift unloading
Preparing a pallet
The sender is responsible for preparing the goods, and damage caused by poor packing is not grounds for a complaint. That is why it is worth following a few rules.
- goods evenly distributed and not overhanging the pallet
- at least 3–4 layers of stretch film
- load secured with straps or strapping tape
- a clear label with sender and recipient details
Information for the recipient
The shipment status can be checked online using the order number. The recipient gets a notification before delivery, so give their current phone number and e-mail in the order.
- online tracking
- SMS and e-mail notifications
- one number for checking the status
Insurance and documents
Pallets are insured up to €1,000 in the price of the service, with the option to extend it. If you are sending more valuable goods, arrange higher cover before dispatch. On request, we issue a VAT invoice to your company.
- state the value of the goods before dispatch
- report any damage as soon as possible after delivery
- the rules are set out in the terms and conditions
