How to prepare a pallet for transport?
Proper pallet preparation is key to safe transport. Responsibility for packing lies with the sender.
Stable arrangement
Goods should be evenly distributed and not extend beyond the pallet outline.
Stretch film
The entire pallet wrapped in stretch film — minimum 3–4 layers around the entire pallet.
Tape or banding
Each load should be secured with straps or tape to the pallet.
Label
Clear label with sender and recipient details in a visible location.

Vehicle with hydraulic tail lift
When is a tail lift needed?
A vehicle with a hydraulic tail lift is available upon prior confirmation.
- • Heavy pallets (over 300 kg)
- • No ramp or forklift on site
- • Private addresses without manual unloading capability
Tail lift limitations (important):
- • Pallets up to 240 cm wide qualify for tail lift loading and unloading.
- • Maximum pallet weight 700 kg.
- • We do not provide forklift unloading — this is the sender's or recipient's responsibility.
How to order a vehicle with tail lift? When placing the order, select the "requires tail lift" option and provide exact dimensions and weight of the pallet.

Pallet transport price depends on dimensions, weight and collection/delivery location. The estimated price for a standard EURO pallet (120×80 cm) starts from 170 €, with larger pallets priced accordingly. The final quote is always individual.
Yes, we collect pallets from both businesses and private addresses. It is important that the pallet is prepared for loading and available at the agreed time.
A vehicle with a hydraulic tail lift is available upon prior confirmation. The tail lift handles pallets up to 240 cm wide and up to 700 kg. Provide pallet dimensions and weight when placing the order.
The pallet should be stably arranged, wrapped in stretch film, and the cargo secured with straps or tape to the pallet. Goods must not extend beyond the pallet outline. Maximum height with pallet is up to 210 cm.
Yes, we offer door-to-door transport. We collect the pallet from the specified address in Poland or Ireland and deliver it to the destination address in the other country.
We transport EURO pallets (120×80 cm), 120×100 cm pallets, 120×120 cm pallets and industrial or non-standard pallets by arrangement. Maximum weight of a single pallet is up to 1000 kg.
No, pallet transport applies exclusively to palletised cargo. Furniture, appliances and electronics are handled as part of a separate dedicated transport service.
