Standard delivery time is 3–6 business days from collection. We collect across Ireland Tuesday to Thursday, the van departs every Friday at 20:00, and deliveries in Poland are made Monday to Thursday.

Standard parcel: up to 50 kg actual weight, girth up to 300 cm. Girth = 2×(width+height) + length. If the parcel exceeds these limits, it is treated as an oversized shipment (different pricing).

Yes, every parcel is insured as part of the service price. Basic insurance covers the value of the shipment. When ordering you can declare the value and purchase additional insurance.

We accept payment by card (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer and via SpeedPack Wallet (prepaid). You can also choose the "recipient pays" option when ordering. On Ireland ↔ Poland routes you can also pay in cash — when we collect the parcel in Ireland or when it is delivered in Poland.

A parcel up to 5 kg costs €25, up to 30 kg €40, and up to 50 kg €60 — address-to-address, insurance and tracking included. The price is the same in both directions. Heavier or oversized items are quoted separately: check your price.

Yes, we serve both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Prices are quoted in EUR (ROI) and GBP (NI). Parcels to Northern Ireland: up to 30 kg.

No. Ireland and Poland are both in the European Union, so parcels between them go through no customs clearance and there are no extra charges or duties. Northern Ireland follows separate rules (Windsor Framework) — in practice formalities for private shipments are minimal, and we are happy to help before you send.
