Delivery consolidation
Consolidating deliveries from Poland to Ireland
Ordering goods from several Polish manufacturers or wholesalers? Give them the address of our warehouse in Września. We will receive the deliveries, bring everything together and deliver it in one shipment to the address you give us in Ireland.
When it pays off
One shipment instead of several separate ones
When you buy from several suppliers, each of them may ship the goods separately. You then have several orders, several invoices, several tracking numbers and several deliveries on different days.
With consolidation, suppliers only ship the goods to Września, which is a domestic journey. From there the goods are together and travel to Ireland on one order.
| Separate shipments from suppliers | Consolidation through our warehouse in Września | |
|---|---|---|
| Orders | A separate one for each supplier | One order for the whole shipment to Ireland |
| Transport invoices | Several, often from different companies | One VAT invoice |
| Delivery in Ireland | Several deliveries on different dates | The goods arrive together at the address you give us |
| Tracking | Several numbers and often several systems | One order to check |
| Contact if there is a problem | Each carrier separately | One contact |

How it works
Four steps from order to delivery
First we agree the order and assign it a number. That lets us match each delivery to your shipment.
- You order from your suppliersYou tell us what we are to receive and from whom. You give your suppliers the warehouse address and the order number we assign on confirmation.
- We receive each deliveryAt unloading we check the number of packages and their condition. We confirm receipt by e-mail on the day of unloading.
- We build the shipmentFor goods to travel on that week's departure, all deliveries must reach Września by 18:00 on Friday at the latest. Once the last delivery is received, we confirm the departure date.
- We deliver to your addressThe goods travel to the address you give us in Ireland. The recipient gets SMS and e-mail notifications.

The billing is simple: you pay us for transport, and you pay your suppliers directly for the goods.
Free of charge
Receiving deliveries at the warehouse and confirmations of receipt.

Transport from the warehouse to Ireland, charged according to what actually travels. See the price list
Paid by the supplier or by you
Getting the goods to Września, which is domestic transport. You agree the terms directly with the supplier.
Agreed individually
Longer storage, when goods are to wait beyond the departure confirmed once the shipment is complete.
The VAT invoice for the whole shipment goes to you, as the party placing the order. For ongoing work, we can agree a combined invoice, payment terms and a discount.
Schedule and safety
When the goods leave, and what happens if something is wrong
We depart every week. Large batches can travel directly to the delivery address, while single pallets are grouped with other orders on the same route. For goods to travel on that week's departure, all deliveries must reach Września by 18:00 on Friday at the latest. We confirm the exact departure date once the last delivery is received. The estimated delivery time is 3–6 working days.
If one of your suppliers is late, you do not have to guess: you know which deliveries have been received, because we confirm each one by e-mail. You can then decide whether to wait for everything. Longer storage is agreed individually.
If the recipient in Ireland is not ready yet, the goods can wait in our own warehouse in Ballivor and be delivered on an agreed date. See our warehouse in Ireland.
If a delivery arrives damaged, we note this in the confirmation of receipt and send you photos. You and your supplier decide whether the goods travel on. Pallets are insured up to €1,000 in the price of the service, with the option to extend it.
Questions
Delivery consolidation: common questions
What does consolidation cost?
Receiving deliveries and confirmations are free of charge. Transport is charged according to the price list, and longer storage is agreed individually.
How should a supplier mark a delivery?
With the order number we assign on confirmation. It should be added to the delivery address and visible on the label of every pallet.
How long can goods wait in the warehouse?
In a typical consolidation, goods wait until the departure confirmed once the shipment is complete. Terms for longer storage are agreed when the order is confirmed, as they depend on the number of deliveries and the departure schedule.
By when must goods reach the warehouse?
For goods to travel on that week's departure, all deliveries must reach Września by 18:00 on Friday at the latest.
How will I know a delivery has arrived?
We confirm each receipt by e-mail on the day of unloading, with the number of packages and any notes on the condition of the shipment.
What if a delivery arrives damaged?
We check the condition of the packaging at unloading. We note any damage in the confirmation of receipt and send you photos, and you and your supplier decide whether the goods travel on.
Can you store goods in Ireland and deliver them later?
Yes. We have our own warehouse in Ireland, in Ballivor. We can store goods there and deliver them on an agreed date. The storage period and cost are agreed with the order.
Can pallets be combined with cartons?
Yes. We accept cartons secured on a pallet, and such a pallet counts in the shipment like any other.
Who gets the transport invoice?
You, as the party placing the order. You get one VAT invoice for the whole shipment, and you pay your suppliers directly for the goods.
Do I need a business account?
No, but a business account makes things easier, because you have invoices, orders and addresses in one place.
Can goods go to several addresses in Ireland?
Tell us your delivery plan. We agree each additional address separately, as it affects the order and the price.
Does consolidation also work from Ireland to Poland?
This page covers deliveries from Poland to Ireland. If you want to gather goods in Ireland, contact us and we will check the options.
