Selling to Ireland

A customer asks about delivery, and you have the answer

A customer in Ireland wants to know two things: what delivery costs and when the goods will arrive. If you first have to find a carrier and wait for a quote, the customer may buy elsewhere in the meantime.

You can check an estimated price online in moments, and the fixed schedule lets you give an approximate date straight away. The final price depends on dimensions, weight and addresses, so for non-standard goods send us the details before you confirm the sale.

Who it is for

Who finds this most useful

You do not have to be a large shipper. It is enough that you send goods on the Poland–Ireland route and want it well organised.

Shops and showrooms in Ireland

Ordering goods from suppliers in Poland? A supplier can hand them over for transport at their own address or deliver them to our warehouse in Września. With several suppliers, the goods can travel together.

Online shops

Selling through your own shop and getting orders from Ireland? You can offer delivery to these customers too, instead of turning them away or looking for a carrier for each order.

Allegro and OLX sellers

A customer in Ireland is buying in Poland but needs delivery abroad? We will carry the goods from your address to the customer's address, or receive them at our warehouse in Września.

Furniture shops

Sofas, corner sofas and flat-packed furniture are goods a standard courier often will not carry. We will quote them as furniture or an oversized parcel and deliver them to the address you give us.

Window, door and fittings shops

Large or fragile goods can travel on a pallet or rack. When you order, give the dimensions and weight, and say whether a tail lift is needed on site.

Household appliances and electronics

We price larger equipment by dimensions and weight. Good packing matters especially here, so check our packing rules before your first shipment.

Wholesalers and manufacturers

Supplying goods to Irish shops or trade customers? You can base deliveries on a fixed schedule and send as many pallets as you need that week.

Fewer questions from customers

Your customer knows where their order is

The question “where is my parcel?” takes up a shop's time. That is why the shipment status can be checked online using the order number, and the recipient gets SMS and e-mail notifications.

For the notifications to work, give your customer's current phone number and e-mail in the order. It is also worth telling your customer that delivery takes place within an agreed window, not at a specific time. That way they will be ready to receive it.
