Flatpack Furniture (flatpack)
Self-assembly (flatpack) furniture is popular in international transport due to its compact size. We accept them only in original manufacturer packaging.
1Requirements
Factory packaging reduces the risk of parts shifting inside the parcel and protects against moisture, dust, and crushing.
- ✓Furniture packed in original, undamaged manufacturer boxes.
- ✓All components (panels, screws, accessories) must be complete.
- ✓The box should be securely sealed with packing tape.
- ✓The packaging must not have been previously torn open, shortened, or modified.
2What we do not accept
Furniture packed in substitute boxes not from the manufacturer.
Furniture panels wrapped only in stretch or bubble film without edge and corner protection.
Loosely packed sets where components can shift.
Used flatpack furniture that lacks full factory-level protection.
3Before shipping
- ✓Check the set is complete – send all packages from one piece of furniture together.
- ✓Make sure the box is not damaged, wet, or worn.
- ✓Seal the top and bottom of the box with additional packing tape.
- ✓If the furniture consists of multiple packages – mark them as a set (e.g. 1/3, 2/3, 3/3).
Keep the assembly instructions – useful after transport. Also take a photo of the product code on the box.
