What is an oversized parcel?
An oversized parcel is a shipment that exceeds standard courier dimensions. Our threshold is 300 cm girth. Smaller shipments? Check our courier service for standard parcels.

Wzór na obwód paczki:
Girth = 2 × (width + height) + length
Example: Parcel 120 × 60 × 50 cm → Girth = 2 × (60 + 50) + 120 = 340 cm → oversized parcel.
How do we price oversized parcels?
The price depends on the billing weight — the greater of two: actual weight or volumetric weight.
Actual weight
How much the parcel weighs on the scale. Operational limit: up to 50 kg.
Volumetric weight
Calculated using the formula:
(l × w × h) ÷ 6000
Billing weight = the greater of: actual weight and volumetric weight. The price is calculated based on this.

Collection and delivery of oversized parcels
We collect oversized parcels door-to-door in Poland and Ireland.
Polska
Oversized parcels in Poland are collected by our drivers or trusted subcontractors.

Irlandia
In Ireland, collections and deliveries are carried out by our Speedpack drivers.

⚠️ Important: Collection takes place within an agreed time window — we do not schedule specific hours. The driver contacts you by phone before arrival.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the route schedule. Usually 3–6 business days from the day of dispatch. We will confirm the exact date after accepting the order.
How to pack an oversized parcel?
Responsibility for properly packing the shipment lies with the sender. The parcel must be prepared for grouped transport. More tips can be found in our packing guide.
- • Use strong, durable cardboard boxes or crates
- • Fill empty spaces (bubble wrap, paper, polystyrene)
- • Secure contents against shifting
- • Tape the parcel with packing tape on all edges
- • Remove old labels and markings
- • Car parts: protect sharp edges, wrap in film
- • Tyres: clean, dry, laid flat or stacked
- • Tools: place in a box, secure against movement
- • Commercial goods: each unit individually secured
This service does not cover:
- • Furniture (wardrobes, beds, sofas, tables)
- • Large appliances (washing machines, fridges, dishwashers)
- • Electronics (TVs over 55", home cinemas)
- • Items requiring dedicated transport
