For your parcel to catch the nearest transport, it needs to reach our warehouse in Poland by Friday at the latest.
Note: Thursday collections aren’t covered by the 3–6 business days delivery guarantee.
That said, over 95% of Thursday collections still arrive on time without any delays.
This schedule applies to parcels, pallets, and removals.

Not really. Deliveries and collections follow scheduled routes and point sequences in each area. Due to the nature of international transport and route optimisation, we can’t offer specific time slots. In Ireland, on the day of collection or delivery, we’ll send you an estimated time window when the driver will be there.
