Frequently asked questions
When do I need to pay?
Payment must be made within 24h of order confirmation. After this time, if payment is not received, the order may be cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa/Mastercard cards (via Realex), PayPal, bank transfers (PLN and EUR) and cash on collection on selected routes.
Can I pay for multiple orders at once?
Yes — enter order numbers separated by commas (e.g. 389100, 389101). The system will total the amounts and allow a single payment for all.
Do I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, every payment is documented with a VAT invoice, which you receive by email within 3 business days.
I cannot pay by card — what should I do?
Try again or use a different payment method (PayPal, bank transfer). If the problem persists, contact us — we will help.
