  • Shipments between Poland and Northern Ireland are handled by Speedpack, with all parcels collected by DPD,
  • Parcels are collected in Poland by DPD from Tuesday to Thursday between 8 AM and 6 PM,
  • Parcels are delivered in Northern Ireland by DPD from Tuesday to Thursday between 8 AM and 6 PM,
  • The price list includes door-to-door pickup and delivery across Poland and Northern Ireland,
  • Prices are final with no additional charges,
  • The service offered by Speedpack does not allow scheduling a courier for a specific time outside the working hours listed above,
  • Please stay at home during the hours listed above, as the courier cannot accommodate individual time preferences. If the sender is not home, the parcel cannot be collected, which may delay the service,
  • Estimated delivery time is 5–7 days, with the pickup day counted as day 0.

  • Parcels are collected in Northern Ireland by DPD from Monday to Thursday between 8 AM and 6 PM,
  • Parcels are delivered in Poland by DPD from Tuesday to Thursday between 8 AM and 6 PM,
  • The price list includes door-to-door pickup and delivery across Poland and Northern Ireland,
  • Prices are final with no additional charges,
  • This service does not allow scheduling a courier for a specific time outside the working hours listed above,

  • Cargo must not protrude beyond the dimension of the pallet,
  • Given prices are total prices without any additional,
  • Pricing includes “Door-to-door” pickup and delivery
  • We have cars with an elevator both in Poland and in Ireland, however, we ask you to arrange loading with our office as cars are not always available “on the spot”,
    loading does not mean palleting the consignment on the car but loading it with a forklift,
  • For very distant places such as Letterkenny, Skibereen, Clifden, etc., will be added additional fee of £50,
  • In PL, pallets are picked up and delivered between 8-18 by subcontractors or by our drivers
  • In IRL, pallets are delivered by our drivers between 9-22
  • Please stay at home during the hours listed above
  • Orders are processed based on the dates listed on the website
