Computers and laptops
Desktop computers and laptops are equipment sensitive to vibrations, impacts and moisture. We accept them only in original manufacturer packaging.
1Required packaging
- ✓Original manufacturer box – as the device was sold in.
- ✓Polystyrene or foam protective inserts.
- ✓Fully sealed box, with no risk of contents shifting.

We do not accept makeshift boxes or boxes from other devices.
2Check the box condition
- ✓The box must be in good condition – clean, dry, without scuffs, damage or holes.
- ✓We do not accept boxes with signs of moisture.
- ✓The packaging must not have been previously torn or modified.
3Place the equipment in the packaging
- ✓Place the computer or laptop in the original polystyrene/foam inserts.
- ✓The equipment must be firmly seated – no loose movement.
- ✓Accessories (charger, mouse, keyboard, cables) should be placed in compartments or separate pockets.
4Sealing and shipping
- ✓Close the box according to the manufacturer's design.
- ✓Seal all flaps with packing tape – especially the bottom and top.
- ✓Label the shipment: "ELECTRONICS", "HANDLE WITH CARE", "DO NOT STACK".

Back up your data before shipping. Transport involves vibrations that in extreme cases may damage the hard drive.
