Flat-pack furniture
Self-assembly (flat-pack) furniture is popular in international transport thanks to its compact size. We accept it only in original manufacturer packaging.
1Requirements
Factory packaging reduces the risk of parts shifting inside the parcel and protects against moisture, dust or crushing.
- ✓Furniture packed in original, undamaged manufacturer boxes.
- ✓All components (panels, screws, accessories) must be complete.
- ✓The box should be tightly sealed with packing tape.
- ✓The packaging must not have been previously torn, shortened or modified.
2What we do not accept

Furniture packed in substitute boxes not from the manufacturer.
⚠️
Furniture panels wrapped only in stretch or bubble wrap without side and corner protection.
⚠️
Loosely packed sets where parts can shift.
⚠️
Used flat-pack furniture that does not have full factory protection.
3Before shipping
- ✓Check the set is complete – send all packages from one piece of furniture together.
- ✓Make sure the box is not damaged, wet or worn.
- ✓Seal the top and bottom of the box with additional packing tape.
- ✓If the furniture consists of several packages – label them as a set (e.g. 1/3, 2/3, 3/3).

Keep the assembly instructions – useful after transport. Also take a photo of the product code from the box.
