How to pack?

Home Appliances Packing Instructions

Transporting large home appliances (such as washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, refrigerators, etc.) requires special care. These are heavy, valuable, and often sensitive devices that can be easily damaged during transit if not properly packed.

Accepted Packaging Standard

Speedpack only accepts household appliances packed in the original manufacturerโ€™s packaging.
The original box includes specialized styrofoam inserts and rigid cardboard designed to protect key components during transport, such as drums, doors, displays, and internal mechanisms.

Why Only Original Packaging?

  • Original packaging is tailored to the applianceโ€™s shape and structure.
  • It includes reinforcement and shock-absorbing materials in critical areas.
  • It ensures the appliance remains stable and secure during transport and allows safe stacking if needed.
  • It reduces the risk of damage during loading, unloading, and transfer between vehicles.

Important Guidelines

  • If your appliance is no longer in its original packaging, please contact the manufacturer or seller to obtain a replacement box.
  • Do not use custom-made packaging, wooden frames, foam boards, or only stretch wrap โ€“ these are not accepted.
  • All cables and accessories must be packed safely inside the appliance or separately secured.
  • Ensure that the appliance is clean, dry, and ready for transport (e.g., empty the water tank or drum).

What We Do Not Accept

  • Appliances without original packaging.
  • Devices wrapped only in foil, stretch film, or bubble wrap.
  • Units strapped to pallets without full enclosure in protective packaging.
  • Appliances with loose parts or unsecured doors.
